Your dashboard at app.shophosting.io is your control center for managing your e-commerce store.
After logging in, you'll see your main dashboard with:
A clear indicator showing your store's current state:
- Active - Your store is running normally
- Provisioning - Your store is being set up (usually takes 2-5 minutes)
- Suspended - Account needs attention (billing or resource issue)
- Maintenance - Temporary maintenance in progress
- Disk Usage - How much storage your store is using
- Bandwidth - Monthly data transfer usage
- Last Backup - When your store was last backed up
- Store URL - Direct link to your live storefront
- Admin Panel - Link to WordPress/Magento admin
- Credentials - Click "Show Credentials" to reveal your admin login

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account.
- Go to Account Settings → Security
- Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app:
- Google Authenticator
- Authy
- 1Password
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Enter the 6-digit code displayed in your app
- Click Verify and Enable
- Save your recovery codes - store these somewhere safe
After enabling, you'll enter a 6-digit code from your app each time you log in.
Use one of your recovery codes to log in, then reconfigure 2FA with a new device.
- Update your name and email address
- Email changes require verification
- Change your password anytime
- Passwords must be at least 12 characters
- We recommend using a password manager
- View current subscription plan
- Update payment method
- Download invoices
- Access Stripe customer portal for subscription management
- Click Support in the navigation
- Select a category (Technical, Billing, Feature Request)
- Describe your issue in detail
- Attach screenshots if helpful
- Submit - you'll receive email updates
- Critical (store down): Within 1 hour
- High (functionality broken): Within 4 hours
- Normal (questions, requests): Within 24 hours
